- 1Bookmark this page on your phone — tap the browser menu (⋮) → "Add to Home Screen"
- 2Tap "Survey Form" to start collecting data. Fill in your Enumerator Name first at the top.
- 3Go through all 10 sections (A–J). Use the step buttons at the top to navigate.
- 4Click "Submit Survey ✓" at the end. Wait for the green confirmation.
- 5To view analytics, tap "Dashboard" and enter password:
GoMinaGRP2026@ - 6To download reports, open Dashboard → tap the 📥 Export button → choose PDF, Excel, or CSV
- !If you submit by mistake, open "Manage Entries" → find the entry → tap 🗑️ Delete
